Some blogging buddies requested directions for my Chicka Chicka Tree. Hopefully the pictures and directions are helpful. Let me know if you have questions! The tree makes a wonderful addition to any early childhood classroom. I have colorful alphabet and number magnets for our tree. The children like to place the letters in ABC order, spell words, or match upper and lower case letters and so much more. I've had my Chicka Chicka tree for 10 years!!!

Little Priorities
Love the blog. I've just made a tree for my class using a cheap green umbrella from Ikea. I just slashed the cover and it looks just like the leaves, and then sits inside my tube (from the carpet shop).
