Wonderful Writing

The students work in their P.I.G. (Poetry Is Great) Books every morning after they are finished with calendar math.  Here are some samples of their writings.  You will see various levels of writing abilities.  Some are still using sentence starters while others have moved on to create their own sentences.  Seeing how much progress the students have made in such a short amount of time makes me SMILE!
