This
week we learned about Native Americans. We are having fun learning
our Native American names...mine is Chief Big Foot! We will call each
other by our names for the month of November. The students are earning
feathers just like some Native Americans. We learned how to play Stick
Dice, a Native American game.
The students are learning to work together and take turns.
We
worked on our critical thinking skills with this math activity. The
students had to figure out how many triangles, squares, trapezoids, and
hexagons they could make using a certain number of popsicle sticks.
